Who we are

Iron2Tech (Kenya) operates iron2tech.com. For privacy questions or requests, email iron2tech@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Project inquiries: your name, email address, optional company, the service you select and your project message. We use them to reply to your inquiry.
• Direct messages: if you use the Email, WhatsApp or Calendly links on the site, you send that message or booking yourself. We receive it only when you send it.
• Spam protection: the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, loaded only once you start the form, plus a hidden field and a minimum-time check.
• Traffic statistics: aggregate page-visit data collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics, used to understand which pages are visited. It uses no cookies.
• Currency preference: saved in your browser (local storage) only if you allow it in the privacy banner. You can change your choice any time with "Privacy settings" in the footer.

We do not set advertising cookies and we do not sell personal information.

Where it is stored and who processes it

• Inquiries are stored in a Google Sheet controlled by Iron2Tech, using Google Apps Script (Google).
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare). Turnstile and Web Analytics are also provided by Cloudflare.
• Booking opens Calendly, and WhatsApp opens WhatsApp. These services have their own privacy policies.
• The "Translate" tool opens Google Translate in a new tab. Google handles the translated page under its own terms.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the details you gave us by emailing iron2tech@gmail.com. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time. We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to reply and deliver the work.

Cookies and local storage

The site itself sets no cookies, and our traffic analytics use none. It uses local storage only for your currency preference and your privacy choice. Third-party services you open or load (Cloudflare Turnstile, Calendly, WhatsApp, Google Translate) may set their own cookies under their own policies.
