Each engagement is defined in writing before work begins: objectives, deliverables, responsibilities and timeline. There are no open-ended retainers by default.
The people in the discovery call are the people who do the work. No layered staffing, no handoffs to junior teams.
We favor proven technologies that can be maintained by your team after delivery, over novelty for its own sake.
Every project ships with written documentation, runbooks where appropriate, and a handover review.

A predictable four-step path from initial contact to delivery. Commercial terms are discussed only after requirements are understood.

A written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline and commercial terms tailored to the engagement.
Incremental delivery against the agreed scope, with regular written progress updates and review checkpoints.
